DAY 1 — Identity Reset +
The Spark Audit
Day 1 is your wake-up moment — the day you stop calling your life “fine” and start listening to what’s actually true.
We’ll look honestly (and gently) at where life has gone beige, what’s draining your energy, and where your spark is trying to get your attention.
This session is clarifying, energizing, and wildly liberating — because your spark isn’t a flaw, it’s the path.
DAY 2 — Desires, Joy, Needs + Your Word of the Year
Day 2 is your emotional compass session — the day you stop settling for “shoulds” and start naming what you truly want. We’ll uncover your real desires, your joy sources, your emotional and physical needs, and the experiences that make you feel vividly alive. This day feels like breathing deeper, dreaming louder, and remembering you get to decide what happens next.
DAY 3 — Micro-Missions, Daily Magic + Brave Actions
Day 3 is your momentum creator — the day you learn how small YESes quietly reshape your entire year. We’ll build your Micro-Mission list (tiny brave actions that take 10 minutes but shift everything), design your Daily YES Rhythm, and walk through tools to regulate your nervous system when fear, stress, or overthinking shows up. This day makes your year feel possible, playful, and totally within reach.
DAY 4 — The YES Life Year Map + Monthly YES Moments
Day 4 is your cinematic finale — the day you bring everything together into a beautiful, visual YES Life Year Map™. This session turns your desires and spark into a real plan you’re excited to follow, giving your year direction, vibe, playfulness, and purpose. You’ll leave with clarity, momentum, and your first brave YES ready to take.

We'll meet on video for one hour, for four days. Can't make the live call? No worries. The recordings will be shared and you can watch at your leisure.
